Shopping Zizi Donohoe
Out of Stock items
We do our best to continuously restock our pieces where possible, sometimes this may take a short while as we custom dye our mink. If you’d like to be added to a waitlist for a certain item please email us at shop@zizidonohoe.com where you will be able to be either notified when the item becomes available or be able to preorder your piece with a 50% deposit.
Special order requests
We love receiving special orders! From custom colors to personalization to 1 of 1 items, our in house atelier is happy to accommodate. Special orders may take a little longer to make, the timeframe will be dependent upon the request and will vary case by case. Special order timeframes, pricing and possibility will be discussed upon placing your order.

Order payment
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and offer payment installments via Affirm for our US clients. To use Affirm you will need a US based credit or debit card, billing and shipping address.
Bulk orders
Zizi Donohoe pieces make great gifts, if you’d like to place a larger order please don’t hesitate to contact us for logistics, shipping and possible discount.

Fur care
To ensure your Zizi Donohoe fur pieces stay looking fabulous we recommend the following:
- Storing the pieces out of direct sunlight as this may cause the color to fade, especially of the dyed fur.
- Utilizing the dust bags provided for storage and travel.
- Avoid direct contact with grease, solvents, make up products and substances which may stain the fur.
- We recommend locating a furrier for a professional fur cleaning at least once a year. We do not recommend dry cleaners for fur cleaning and/ or maintenance.
Repairs
We offer free repairs for Zizi Donohoe fur pieces up to 1 year after purchase. All shipping costs for free repairs will be covered by the customer.
Shipping
Shipping time & costs
We offer a variety of shipping services to suit our clients timeframes and needs.
Within the US our DHL Express service should arrive within 1-3 business days, our free USPS within 7-10 business days.
We are happy to accommodate same day courier services and FedEx Next Day delivery where possible with an additional fee to cover these services. Please contact us as shop@zizidonohoe.comfor rush shipping with US orders.
International orders shipped with DHL Express should arrive within 2-4 business days, USPS within 7-10 business days.

Tracking your order
An automated email with a direct tracking link from zizidonohoe.com will be sent out with your shipment. Please contact us for help with tracking your order or to resend the email with the necessary tracking information.
Taxes and duties
Taxes for US orders are automatically calculated and applied and the checkout.
Customers will be responsible for any taxes and duties applicable to international orders.
